EFS’ Rising Stars Program is a tool to develop the company’s Young Talent.
The aim of this program is mainly to:
- The development of young white-collar professional level employees
- Assists with employee engagement and employee satisfaction, retention and the opportunity to maximize on return on investment
- No promises will be made around the completion of the program and final role being available. The objective is to give an advantage for selection.
- A roadmap and end to end talent development framework which will help build and retain young talent
- Identify the career aspiration of each selected individual and use this framework to identify gaps and development areas
This 15-20 Months program will provide opportunities for Rising stars to achieve a Mid Level Management Role.
