Another significant milestone in EFS Group’s journey towards empowering young minds to realize their potential. The Young Leaders Program (YLP) graduation celebration for the Batch 4 was celebrated with great fanfare in the presence of the Group CEO, Mr. Tariq Chauhan, the Leadership Team, supported by coaches, and mentors, including the successor batch of young leaders.
The YLP is specifically designed as an accelerated development program for young talent to keep up with the transforming world of work. Through the YLP, the company aims to build capabilities and help young talent recognize their true potential.
The program provides a platform for them to embark on a transformational journey of personal, professional, and functional development while building their own identity within the organization, taking on new challenges, and eventually progressing into new roles. The aim is for each trainee to pave their path to success with the support of a structured and blended learning approach with coaches and mentors to enhance their learning journey.
The Group CEO, Mr. Tariq Chauhan, commended the Young Leader’s progress and accomplishment in their various responsibilities and projects and in assisting departments in designing innovative solutions and platforms to enhance work management productivity.
This graduation ceremony was also a celebration of learning and EFS Group’s staunch and continued commitment to career development and progression.
