Our new campaign celebrates the ambition, progression and evolution of those who never stopped working toward their goals. We partnered up with our security division, Secure Plus, to meet some of the unsung heroes that work tirelessly to keep our communities and businesses safe.
In our first episode, we sat down with Isaac and talked about his incredible life story. Isaac hails from India and when he started in Secure Plus as a security guard he felt encouraged by the leadership team and colleagues to challenge his limits and aspire to achieve more. Through hard work and determination, Isaac progressed through different levels of his career and now he works as Security Supervisors, leading with the same model of fostering care and progression for his fellow colleagues. “ I love my job and taking care of the safety of others gives me great pride and feeling of accomplishment,” said Isaac when asked what drives his motivation to grow.
