Data will be used to plan reskilling and upskilling programme
On World Literacy Day, EFS Facilities Services Group conducted a cognitive ability test powered by artificial intelligence for its workers in Dubai through Lexplore, in collaboration with Mirai Partners.
Lexplore is an AI and eyetracking literacy assessment to detect literacy levels and developmental delays, including dyslexia. In about three minutes, the device provides accurate reading data.
Tariq Chauhan, Group CEO of EFS, said: “In the next five years, EFS aims to give accessibility to 80 per cent of its employees for reskilling and upskilling programmes to build a workforce of the future.”
How it will be done
EFS’ learning partner Mirai will collate data from these tests and develop intervention and learning mechanisms.
Nyla Khan and Christine Nasserghodsi, co-founders of Mirai said: “We are proud to be working with Lexplore and EFS in uplifting the lives of 2,000 workers. Over the next six months, we intend to transform traditional notions of development in the bluecollar worker community.”
