EFS, a leading facilities management service provider in the region, has partnered with Dawamee, an employment scheme initiated by Emirates Foundation to provide work opportunities for Emiratis.
Under this programme, the EFS has hired its first batch of 15 UAE nationals with diverse credentials, having undertaken an agreement to employ and nurture UAE talent in the local facilities management industry, pledging to build a close partnership with Dawamee.
Tariq Chauhan, CEO of EFS Facilities Services Group, said, “EFS has taken this initiative of enhancing employment opportunities for more than one hundred UAE nationals within the next 24 months”
Mohanna Al Muhairi, Emirates Foundation chief of staff, said: “Dawamee is an innovative programme which targets UAE Nationals over 18 years old, and key priorities are given to those who face individual employment challenges, such as people of determination, low-income individuals and those living in remote locations across the UAE.” (Staff Report)
