4,500 staff to be given free vaccine

Firm’s drive to boost nation’s bid to create a safer community.

EFS Facilities Services Group, a regional leader in delivering integrated facilities management services across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia has announced free access of the Covid-19 Vaccine to more than 4,500 of its staff working in the UAE as well as their families in support of the inoculation efforts by the UAE Government for a safer community.

In line with EFS Group’s People First policy and the new year’s focus on mindfulness and wellbeing for every employee, EFS offices and accommodations in UAE have already started to administer these drives with proactive participation from all employees, including EFS’s C-suite and the management team. As these vaccination drives are underway, more than 1,500 EFS staff have already taken the Covid-19 vaccine, including staff who volunteered in UAE’s #4Humanity phase III trials.

The company also aims to extend this outreach programme further, to its global operations in adherence to regulations by respective local governments covering more than 13,000 EFS employees.

Speaking of the Covid-19 precautionary and immunization efforts of the Company and the UAE Government, Tariq Chauhan, Group Chief Executive Officer, EFS Facilities Services Group, said: “We would like to express our gratitude to the Rulers and Government for the ease of these inoculation drives.
